Our team exist to connect children to the supernatural God, and to teach them how to seek Him with all of their heart. We know that children can encounter God, be empowered by His presence and play their vital role in the body of Christ. Gateway Kids bring energy, laughter, connection and fun through all services.
We exist to partner with families in training and encouraging children to know God and to make him known through kindness, honour and praise in their worlds.
Our team have Working with Vulnerable Children checks and receive the latest training in child protection and safety.
We have a Parents Room, for new parents needing to feed, change or settle their baby. It is equipped with change facilities, bathrooms for you, microwave for bottles, comfortable chairs for nursing and a play area for crawlers.
Honey Bees is a program available for children aged 2 - 4 years. Honey Bees is open from 9.45am and parents need to sign their kids in and out.
The Gateway Kids services runs during the main church Sunday service for our young people who are primary school aged. Gateway Kids sign in is in the centre of the foyer from 9.00am, or in the studio after they are invited out during the main service.
Parents need to sign their children both in and out, before and after each service.
We are currently trialling Rukus, a connect group for our Grade 5 & 6 young people.
This connect group will run one afternoon a week. More information will be coming soon.
We encourage all our young people Grade 7 and above to stay in our Sunday Services and continue to learn from our awesome speakers. Rumpus Youth is a service on Friday nights during the school terms for young people in Grade 7 - 12.
Our program is interactive and fun, and we learn through memorable experiences and encounters.
Our emphasis is on connecting with God, so you can expect your child to engage with the Holy Spirit and find out God's thoughts toward them through foundational Biblical teaching.
Our team are passionate about the next generation, and consistently devote themselves in relationship with God and prepare for relevant and engaging services.
